Welcome to the Arrow of Light Patrol
Leader: Ms. Elizabeth & Mr. Jarad
Meeting Night: Tuesdays
Arrow of Light Requirements:
A boy who is in the fifth grade is an Arrow of Light Scout, and his adventures are found in the Webelos Handbook. Once a boy has completed his Webelos rank requirements or a new boy joins Cub Scouting in the fifth grade, he may work on Arrow of Light requirements Like all other new Cub Scouts, a Arrow of Life Scout must first earn his Bobcat rank. After completing the requirements for Bobcat he may go on to complete the requirements for the Arrow of Light rank and the many electives that are offered for his rank.
All Cub Scouts, except for those boys who join Cub Scouting for the first time in fifth grade, must earn their Webelos rank prior to earning Arrow of Light. The requirements for Webelos and Arrow of Light may be worked on at the same time but the tenure requirements for each must be met and the awards must be earned and presented sequentially.

Where to purchase the Uniform
The Denver Area Scout Headquarters is located at 10455 West 6th Ave (between Kipling and Simms on the north frontage road of 6th ave). The Scout Shop (phone: 303-477-4830) is located in the southeast corner of this building. The scout shop can help you find all of this, just let them know you have a new scout.
To get an idea of pricing, or to order items online, visit http://www.scoutstuff.org. This is the official online scout shop. They should have the same prices as our local scout shop.
Wearing the Uniform
In general, every Cub Scout should wear his uniform (Class A) to all Cub Scout Den and Pack Meetings. We have a Class B uniform that is a yellow shirt with our Pack logo on it that we wear to family events and hiking events.
When playing sports, going to camp, or participating in other family activities, Cub Scouts may wear an alternate uniform, such as an activity shirt. These are sometimes referred to as Class B Uniforms. We give each registered Scout a free activity shirt. We sell them to siblings and parents for $6 a piece.
Please contact your Den Leader for more info about uniforms.
